1. Photos taken at Events or Classes:
- We offer a 30-day return window for photos taken at events or classes hosted by Giggle Imaging Studio LLC.
- To be eligible for a return, your photos must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date of the event or class.
- Please note that all digital downloads and customized prints are non-refundable.
2. Final Sale Items:
- The cost of planning the event itself, including tickets or entry fees, is considered a final sale and is non-refundable.
- Items labeled as "Final Sale" during events or classes are not eligible for return or exchange.
- These items are sold as-is and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Thank you for shopping with Giggle Imaging Studio LLC! We are committed to providing you with high-quality graphic designed apparel and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy for graphic designed apparel sold on our online store:
1. Eligibility:
- Graphic designed apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments, are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Exclusions:
- Personalized or customized graphic designed apparel, unless defective or damaged upon arrival, are not eligible for return.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return.
4. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Clearly indicate your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided with your RMA number.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
6. Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
- If deny a refund, we will provide a clear and detailed explanation to the customer outlining the reasons for the denial.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement.
- All sales of stickers made through our online store are final.
- Stickers purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.
